Mark Andrews

Mark Andrews is a shareholder at Wolcott Rivers Gates, one of the oldest and largest law firms in Virginia Beach. Mark practices in the area of Criminal and Traffic defense, specifically the defense of DUI/DWI charges. Mark has been consistently recognized as one of Virginia’s Super Lawyers, and Legal Elite by Virginia Business Magazine, and one of the Top Coastal Lawyers by Coastal Virginia Magazine in the areas of Criminal and DUI/DWI Defense.

Mark is a member of the National College of DUI Defense Attorneys and the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys. Mark Andrews is certified by the National Highway and Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) in Field Sobriety Testing and Advanced Roadside Impairment and Mark is a NHTSA certified Field Sobriety Test Instructor. Mark has completed advanced training on Breath Testing and Blood Analysis.  Additionally, Mark Andrews was a former prosecutor and has over 22 years of experience. Mark regularly receives client referrals from law firms and attorneys whose clients have been charged with a DUI/DWI, criminal and/or traffic offense.

Mark resides in Chesapeake, Virginia with his wife and kids.
